Refund policy
I am sure you are going to be happy with you purchase but if for some reason you're not please contact me at jade@desertdesignsart.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops / Group Bookings
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your group booking. This deposit is due upon confirmation of the booking and will be applied to the total class fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the class date.
- Cancellation by Group Organiser:
- More than 7 days before the class start date: If the group cancels more than 7 days in advance, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, but the remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the class start date: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class date will result in the forfeiture of both the deposit and any remaining payments made. No refunds will be issued.
- Rescheduling by Group Organiser: If the group needs to reschedule, we may be able to accommodate the request depending on availability. A rescheduling fee of $100 may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates.
- Class Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the class, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
- No-Shows: If your group fails to attend the scheduled class without prior notice, the deposit and any remaining payments will be forfeited.
- Transfer of Booking: You may transfer the booking to another group or individual, provided that the transfer request is made at least 2 days before the class start date. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Cancellation Policy for Workshops / Individuals
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate our participants as much as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations with Full Refund:
If you need to cancel your workshop ticket, you may do so up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date to receive a full refund. -
Cancellations with Partial Refund:
Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the workshop date will receive a 50% refund. -
Cancellations Made Less than 3 Days Before the Workshop:
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop. -
Transfer of Ticket:
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the transfer is processed. -
Workshop Cancellations by Us:
In the rare event that we need to cancel the workshop, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop.
